I received an "Access Denied" message.

Some T-Mobile users have received an "Access Denied" message when trying to subscribe to the Mahina Manaʻo on Community. This is a known issue that occurs only for T-Mobile customers. Currently, there is nothing we can do as the filtering is happening on the members' end. To resolve the issue, you must reach out to T-Mobile Customer Service at 1-800-937-8997 and have them check to make sure the youʻre able to receive premium messages.
